Women’s Self Defense Seminar

🕒 Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Hands-on seminar where participants learn how to effectively defend themselves
• Learn the warning signs to look for in a predator and how to spot trouble
• Great for students living on campus
• Perfect for those who don’t want to carry weapons
• Requires very little practice to become proficient
• Self-paced / No prior training needed or required
• Fun and educational for mother/daughter, sister/sister, and friend/friend teams

Defensive Blade Seminar

🕒 Time: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

• Hands-on seminar where participants learn how to effectively defend themselves with an edged weapon
• Learn counter blade techniques through learning offensive tactics
• Understand the dynamics of edged weapons and how to defend against them
• Good alternative for a secondary form of defense
• Intro level to see if you’d like to continue your education and training
• Self-paced / No prior training needed or required
• Fun and educational
